Fees
At 'Mediate Property' we are passionate about mediation and by keeping our fees low we hope to remove cost as a barrier to mediation. We have made our fixed fee model below as transparent as possible, included in the prices are 1.5 hrs of preparation per party.
Fees for in-person and remote mediations are just the same, however there may be some extra cost for in person mediations, for instance in the form of travel and room hire, which we will be happy discuss with you.

For any value of claim, we charge £50 for writing a Mediation Invitation.
Should both parties on the day agree additional time would be benefitial, an hourly rate of £50 per hour, per participant will be applied.
*Mediation Advocacy – Many individuals discover the immense value of having a professional represent their case or provide support during mediation sessions. We offer a flat rate for this service: £400 for a half-day or £600 for a full day. This encompasses document review, case preparation, and aid in drafting a mediation position statement.
